Very Poor
.The hotel room was very dirty and poorly cleaned, the bathroom was pretty much not suitable for use: it was dirty, there was no hot water at all. All the furniture and plumbing in the room was shabby. The hotel doesn’t match the criteria of a 3 star. The breakfast was poor and only 2 choices of food available (fried eggs aka omelet and soup). As well as the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, not willing to communicate and/or find a compromise.

Great!
Hey! I had a great time there due to this apartment and personnel. They are always opened and ready to help if needed. They helped me a lot once I needed to resolve some basic issues. Completely satisfied and I recommend this hotel as a good place to spend your vocation. Thanks guys! Just one point I would suggest to improve is the breakfast. Some soups probably were traditional and we did not like them. I suggest just to explain if you have smth unique for breakfast, thus clients know exactly what to choose.
