Guarantee Policy

Enjoyable experience
The experience of staying in a capsule fascinated me. Booked for 3 nights and extended it to 5. Staff were very nice and helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Breakfast was ok for me. Plenty of coffee available.Location was prob the only negative but Getty g a Grab it’s not too bad

Well-furnished capsules. Disappointing bathroom.
Very well-furnished capsule beds, even higher standard than those in Japan. Inside the capsule, there is lighting control, a power point that takes in all types of plugs, two surfaces to place your items, along with complimentary bottled water and toiletries. Two knobs on the walls also act as clothes hooks. There is also a TV and a foldable table that gives you a place to write or use a laptop. Capsule also auto-locks and can only be unlocked by the guest's keycard. Very high sense of security as no one else but you and the hotel staff can enter your capsule. Location may seem rather sparse but the place is a short walk to the beach.Shower rooms are murky and smelly. Shower pressure is weak and clothes hooks are positioned wrongly. A major change in tone compared to their capsule beds. Capsule lights also can't be completely turned off, which can make it hard for light-sensitive guests to sleep.

Awesome place and staff
The capsule was big, aircon worked very nicely. Super clean! There is a nice terrasse in the front and a pretty nice rooftop. It is located 10 min max walking to the beach. But the best part was the super nice, friendly and helpful staff! Thanks for the stay, I’ll come back!
