Nice people, help you with everything you need.The stairs...

The female staff on reception we encountered were nice and helped us with booking a scooter and a taxi.Pictures on booking.com are quite deceiving. Led to think the room is bigger than what it is. There's also a lot of ants in the rooms. You can't leave a drink or anything on the side because it will be crawling with ants in seconds. The location is close to the train station but not ideal if you want to be closer or see things in the centre pf Hue. We also didn't know that the stay came with breakfast until the morning we were leaving, we weren't told about it.

.The people at the reception didn't really speak English. Firstly I should have stayed in a room which would have been publicly accessible because the (small) lock broke out. The hotel was really beautiful once, it should be renovated.

Cute quaint and great for the price, loved the balcony and great restaurant attached sloes to downtown.
