The location.The smell of hot pot restaurant to the lift and the hotel was horrible! This is a very old hotel with bad smell in the room! My worst experience in booking.com The pictures looks like it is a boutique hotel but it as an old smelly hotel with crab breakfast . I can not believe I paid that much of money for this type of room in Vietnam!

Centrally located near the main bar streets for tourists.Hotel was pretty run down compared to the photos. Ants on walls in room and wet room shower was poor. Just a lot older than it’s portrayed.

Nothing after all.Hotels cleaning staff stolen 350 USD cash from our locked suitcases from our locked room, and whole hotel staff covered their back. They not wanted to call police, neither not called a proper English speaker manager, they did only just after we had to shut with them, while whole hotel guests joined to the lobby what is happening. They acted like not caring whats happening in their own hotel, even local police officers advised to collaborate to handle the issue on peaceful way, but they not wanted to be a proffessional hotel management. We had to leave them with 350 usd loss, which stolen by their own staff from our room. Top on that they tried to overcharge us with one extra night.

Location is good, close to the reiver.When we checked in , the actual hotel room furnishings are totally different as shown on booking's pictures. the furntures are very raggedness, nothing in the mini bar, the desk for TV is terriable no back. The bathroom with only simple shower nozzle but no bathtub. The walls at balcony are very very dirty and mess. I can't know why this room offer to client and cost $80 per night. I strongly suggest don't choose this hotel.

I like this hotel's swimming pool, room conditions, good position, and every people who are working is really kind and sweet. Thank you for everything. It was really good trip and specially thank you to Chi, she was so sweet to us. Thank you!
