Excellent staff and very good breakfast - we arrived very early off a bus and were given breakfast before we'd checked in. Staff got our room ready as quick as possible for early check in. Pool area on the roof is very nice, lots of loungers and tables, a real hidden gem!Pool area could use a slight clean up, when we were there it didn't seem like the pool filters were on, but as we were the only people using it I'm sure it was just an oversight.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was spacious.The pool area was neglected, not kept in good order.

Bed comfortable, breakfast buffet was outstanding, everything was really good. Rooftop pool was great. Short stroll (few hundred metres) to walking street. We will be back.All good, little plumbing hiccup in bathroom

Early check-in.The room was dirty and bedding was damp. I saw cockroaches every night, it was a nightmare. The rooms were different from pictures in website. The swimming pool was dirty.
