The staff were friendly and helpful. Half of Da Nang was in blackout when I arrived, including the hotel. The night staff was helpful and placed lots of candles in my room until power returned.The location wasn’t good. The entrance to the hotel was down a small muddy alleyway, with most, if not all taxis finding it difficult/ impossible to find. The room had a terrible damp smell in it. They must have had flood or leak as the paint on all the walls was pealing off from the floor up to about 1mtr. There were nice big real plants in the room, but with them came ants and lots of them. The bathroom door did not slide closed at all, ok for me as a single traveller, not great if you want some privacy. You kind of get what you pay for..

Dust is in the closet. Sand is on the floor. Restroom is not so clean. refrigerator Is full of ice. But staff is very nice. The location is very good.

Location is near the beach and many eatary around. Staff is friendly enough and although the room is small, the bed offer good night sleep and relatively quiet neighbourhood.Entrance to the hotel is inside a small lane under construction, we can't even locate it when we first arrived. Staff is a bit wierd when she said she need to kept one passport upon check in, when i requested it back the next day, she told me she didnt keep it which give me a great shock. Luckily found it right in the drawer.
