Khách sạn đã có dấu hiệu xuống cấp về chất lượng dịch vụ so với làn viếng thăm cách đây 2 năm.
.Tủ lạnh hoạt động kém, gần như hỏng chức năng làm lạnh, khăn lau nhìn cũ kỹ, hẹ thống nước yếu, các thiết bị vệ sinh đã cũ và hỏng. Ăn sáng nghèo nàn về thực đơn và hạn chế về số lượng trong khi khách đông. Khu vực check out lộn xộn và nhân viên làm việc lúng túng, xử lý thiếu chuyên nghiệp.
