Excellent
All the staff were amazing and super friendly! The location was perfect my khe beach was a 5 minute walk from the hostel as well as many delicious cafes and restaurants! The beds were super comfortable as well!The rooms were a bit small but other than that everything was great!

Front Office is amazing
It is right as their name “ The memory”. It was a wonderful experience with kind employees. They called my right name at the first time we come. I am so surprised. They are so amazing. I felt that is like our home. Specially Front Office members are so friendly. They always smile. When i find to The memory, i had read a lot comments about their hotel. In the fact, it is so true, breakfast is super good, it is really better than any four stars or five stars hotel i use to go. Dont have a lot of food, it is so confused to choose anything to eat in the morning. I got a trouble about my air condition. However, they changed it fastly, i hope they can maitain this behavior at work forever. I can feel they really love their work. I hope my comment can be a motivation to them in their work. I will definitely introduce The memory to my friends. Once again, thank you to Front Office team with love.
