.The staff's attitude is just so so, not rude, but not enthusiastic and friendly. The facility is kind of old, the air conditioners in our rooms did not work really well. It took 2 to 3 hours after turning on the air condition for us to feel cool. Wifi and breakfast's quality is not good either.

Room was good size Night staff are better than day - male attendant brought us new kettle as our one given was dirty.So many false promises - Hotel book in room says “rooftop bar with extensive cocktail menu” yet there is no bar!? When I raised this to staff they did not seem to care. The “free bikes” .. there was only two available and they were falling apart not safe to drive which really put a downer on our trip as we love cycling. The rooftop pool was dirty and there is no view of the beach. Place is like a building site bricks everywhere outside, constant drilling and no electric for 40 mins with no communication from staff. Staff do not speak English well very hard to communicate. Breakfast is not an “American style buffet” as described it is catered only for Vietnamese cuisine. Also in a tiny room which is very uncomfortable and overcrowded. The description says “boasts a restaurant” there is no restaurant. We found a dirty sock under the bed, the cleaner did not give us toilet roll or change sheets. The room is quite dirty ie. the walls and cupboards and the card holder on wall for electric is falling apart too. Paper thin walls.

Nice staff, good location.The air condition doesn’t work at all even when I set it 18 degrees. It’s super hot and we have to use electric fan all night. There are also mosquitoes in the room.

Nice Hotel. But did not like the location. For same price we stayed in a excellent hotel right on the beach.Comfy rooms

Decoration is amazing, bed is comfy , beside that my room has very nice view!Breakfast is quite poor of quantity and average taste. Anyway I think with that hotel prices it’s valuable . A bit far from the beach.
