- Les hôtes sont très gentils et serviables. Lorsque je suis arrivé devant la porte, l'hôte est sorti tout de suite pour porter mon bagage. - L'appartement est très grand, très propre. Le lit est confortable. Nous avons tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement. - Le salle de bain est très grand. On a pu prendre un bain tranquille. - Le patron de ce hôtel est très gentil. Au début, j'avais réservé un appartement pour 4 nuits non-modifiable et sans annulation possible. Ensuite j'ai changé mon itinéraire au Vietnam, du coup, j'étais obligé de modifier ma réservation et puis réduire à 3 nuits. Car ma réservation est non-modifiable et sans annulation possible, donc je n'ai pas pu modifier via booking. Ensuite j'ai contacté l'hôtel et puis le patron m'a aidé à l'annuler exceptionnellement sans frais. J'ai bien apprécié les gentillesse de patron de cet hôtel.- L'hôtel ne situe pas au centre de Da Nang. Pour aller à la plage de My Khe, il faut prendre un scooter ou un taxi. Nous avons pris un taxi (Grab), cela coûte 100,000 VND et puis cela prend entre 10 et 15 minutes. Il n'y a pas de restaurents ni les supermarchés à coté. Mais c'est très calme. - Le petit déjeune est médiocre. Il n'y a que du café et de jus (je ne sais pas qu'est ce que c'est comme le jus, je ne l'ai pas goûté), et puis le phô. C'est tout.

It is a very quiet place far from the city for you to take rest. We enjoyed a very beautiful view on the fish village from the balcony. The owner is very open, friendly and supportive. The staff is wonderful. Good breakfast.The house is quite far from the city center, which could be solved with on-site bike rental service. The price was a bit higher than usual. The beach is very close. It takes only 3 minutes on foot. Be noticed that it is not for swimming since it is right at the river mouth and it is a fish village. Mosquitoes attacked me almost all the time. The swimming pool should be a big plus, except that its water was not really clean and caused red eyes to my nephews. Think before you click on an extra crib/bed since it could be charged, not free as written on Booking. Room was not made daily, so it turned to be quite dirty, no cleaning tools equipped.

We had a wonderful stay at the fish village villa. The owner and the staff were very polite, caring and helpful. The room was classy and luxurious. We enjoyed swimming in the infinity pool on the roof top. We got everything we needed and even more. All in all we felt like we got more than we paid for.

The manager is super friendly and makes sure you have a good time. The rooms are really new and they upgraded us to better rooms. The infinity pool is clean and amazing. It is one of the best housing experience ever. They give you free coffee, tea and breakfast in the morning. Quite a few options to choose from the breakfast. Bed is super comfy. I highly recommend this place to everyone.Everything exceeded our expectations.
