Room n service good, but building a bit old.
Staff very good, polite n helpful. Breakfast very nice n variety. First day arrived, there is free shuttle bus to hoi an in morning 9.30am or 3.45pm. Should have highlight upon booking at least notify to us n need booking upon availability. N also free foot massage for 30mins, hotel have onsen n sauna. Very comfy bed like 5stars. Allow us for late check out. The pho free from hotel started from 9pm till 10.30pm last call. Its taste really good. Nicer than other restaurants. Overall, I think the service n hotel is comfortable. Just the neighbours n didn't facing beach a bit disappointed.The hotel not facing beach front. Its walking distance to beach by 300m. So disappointed, as I purposely wanted to book infront of beach. The lift is too small n looks old, outlook of the hotel doesn't appear so nice. Bathroom shower time, everytime on the water flush. It sound loud
