.It was dirty ( bathroom specially) and supplies were limited ( toilet paper, hand soap, no iron in the room)buffet options limited and always waiting for refills.

.We booked a seaview room, but there was no seaview at all. Thet told us that the seaview picture was taken from the 10th floor, but there was no room on the 10th floor, so we could only stay on the 7th floor. There's a building in front that blocks and there is no seaview at all. transfer us to the 9th floor from the second day but the view is not as good as the picture shows. they only provide us with a free car to the airport（about 3 dollors）and Refused to Make up our loss the first night. a room without seaview can be called seaview room? Is it the same size as a room with an ocean view? I think it's a consumer fraud.

Location.Breakfast could be better and Internet issues must be resolved

The rooms are spacious, although I booked a suite. Was comfortable stay. All the staff are very young but their enthusiasm makes up for lack of experience. I only booked on 2 nights but ended up staying for 5 nights...Usual for Vietnam, traffic noise first thing in morning and late at night, also a lot of building work which will mean no sea view at all in future.

Staff is great. Room is big enough and very clean. Hotel is located 100m from the beach.The room has wondow, but towards closed area, 50cm from the other building, with no light. There was no air at all and very claustrofobic. Breakfast was good if you come very early. After 8 pots are prety much empty and additional food is poor qoulity.
