Good attitude of staff. If you need any help or question, they will help you to clarify.No elevator in hotel so it's so inconvenience for old customer

The room was spacious and clean with windows on both sides. The bathroom had a bad and was big enough. We could check in much earlier than usual and we were very thankful after a long trip in one of those night bus. The hotel is a few minutes away of everything you want to see in Hue. Also the personal was nice and helpful. I would repeat here.If you rent a motorcycle here, better check that the motorbike is ok. Ours had one of the mirrors broken and the kilometre counter did not work. It wasn’t a problem but maybe you want to check this first

Really helpful front reception staff who spoke very good English. Good central location with lots or cafes, bars, restaurants near and could rent motorbikes.

Nothing to complain about. Staff is super friendly and always smile. The room is super clean though the bed sheet has some brown dots here and there which indicates it is old (but it is clean). Location is not the best but near the place I have bussiness with so it's ok for me though other tourists may think otherwise. Apart from the cleaness, the best thing I like about this place is its green. There are many plants in this hotel, especially in the corridor of the 3rd floor where I stayed.nothing

Convenient location and Staffs very friendly and helpful . Overall we will stay at this hotel again when I go back to Vietnam .too hot for the summer months .
