Staff is amazing!!!! Thank you all for the help and everything you’ve done for us!!! You are superb!!!!Hotel needs to be cleaned a bit more. You could see that deep cleaning does not exist in this place. All they do - clean the surface and that’s it. It smells wet in the room, super loud from the streets. Breakfast could be improved, such a small choice of the items and whatever has been offered has no flavour at all.

We really liked this hotel, The staff are super friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle bus running everyday into Da Nang downtown/ beach which is excellent and one in the evening to Hoi An. The buffet breakfast was amazing, such a great selection and the free Pho in the evening was delicious. Also the bathroom is amazing, really large and they supply conditioner (bit of a girl thing).My only negative score I gave this hotel was for cleaning, in saying that the room was clean and tidy but the mould in the room was pretty bad! I think once that is tackled the hotel will be beyond perfect.

Free pho in the evening was delicious. Breakfast was a la carte style and was pleasant. The restaurant (top floor) has amazing views. Staff were very helpful and kind, particularly the bell boy. The bus/travel options provided were helpful. Airport collection/taxi was great. Cheap supermarket 5 minutes away too location wise. Hotel bus driver was lovely. Pleasant room.We asked to be dropped to the Marble Mountain using the hotel bus (which was written as an available free option at reception) but the lady receptionist said it was too far so we'd have to get a taxi. We later drove past it, on the hotel free bus, when going to Hoi An, so a bit of contradictory information. Different/less service on Saturdays and Sundays compared to the week. Takes >30mins to walk to/from the beach.
