I like the staff people there. They are friendly and give the help I need.The smell in the toilet that needs strong fan to handle its matter.

Beautiful new hotel by the river, wonderful view from the room, especially in the night, good location and all the staffs are very polite and always ready to help. This hotel is great value for money. It is on the opposite side of the river to the main town , but with GRAB ,it is easy to book a car to reach the other side in 15 minutes . There are a few good restaurants within 5 minutes walk , Vietnameses style seafood, Korean , Italian and the hotel has a restaurant on rooftop with a bar and good local food at acceptable prices . Bar has a great view of river and lights at night ( river boats and bridges are illuminated ) Hotel is quite new , so rooms are modern and clean , wifi works well in the rooms ( many hotels in Vietnam only have public area wifi , so good room wifi is a bonus ). Nice clean bathroom with modern features . Comfy bed , tea ,coffee in room ,mini bar and excellent and cheap laundry service . Breakfast is a la carte when a few guests and buffet when busy , it worked well and nothing is too much trouble for restaurant staff. There is western eggs , fruit , toast,baguettes and vietnamese noodles , plus pastries and sweet cakes , Usual juice and tea/coffee.Housekeeping staff can be noisy whilst cleaning adjacent rooms . Room walls are a bit thin , we can hear neighbours .
