Location was very good And the layout of the property.Facilities Services Staff weren't professional

The staff! They wanted to be super nice, except for our misunderstanding at check-in. We appreciated so much everyone's effort to the point we really feel bad about everything else that doesn't justify the price we paid. I would totally pay this amount if it would compensate fairly the staff, and maybe offer them english courses to improve their language skills.Old facilities that seemed like from another century. Stain on chair, terrace doors not particularly well isolated, shower controls slightly broken. There wasn't any spa despite the resort's name. We had a few misunderstandings at check-in. They kept our passports, even though no one else in Vietnam did this, and we insisted we disagree with this procedure. The staff on duty said we need to pay in full and we offered immediately our card, but then he was not able to operate the card charging machine and repeatedly insisted we hand over the passports. They offered us a free pick-up ride from the train station via booking messaging, which we really appreciated. However, when we got there the same staff on duty refused to pay the taxi despite showing him the clear message from the property. After writing a message on booking they did very kindly refunded our payment. For the amount you pay per night, the experience was not worth it and you're better off with other resorts. Or simply accept you pay for the beach access.

Although the location is remote, the hotel arranged a reasonable driver for us. Location of the hotel is removed from the touristy area which made it nice and relaxing. This place would be perfect for a family getaway because each unit is a double storey house with a little private swimming pool.We went during the rainy season and snorkelling/outdoor activities were out of the question. This then made us realise how far the hotel is away from the nearest shop without a vehicle.

Accommodating of our requests.The check out process wasn't as smooth as I would have liked.

Staff was friedly. The view from the beachfront villa was great. Similarly, the villa's terrace was cozy. Grabtaksi from villa to city cost about 130K.In the pictures the villa looked great and luxurious. However, the reality didn't match the fine pictures of the interior. However, the villa was clean and had a beautiful view of the sea from the private terrace matching the pictures. The breakfast was quite small and a bit mediocre, but not bad. The phone in the room did not work and it didnt not fixed, even so we tell about that. I could come again, but given the interiors, the price should be a little cheaper considering that the interiors corresponded to a mediocre hotel room. In addition, restaurant prices were double that of the city.
