Ok hotel near the beach
Very friendly & helpful Staff, Location, breakfast was ok...but they don’t replenish when it’s finish (8am!).Cleanliness (did not exceed expectation as to what other guests rated) , bathroom leakage, the dirty rooftop of the neighboring building(can’t help it!)

I recommend the stay here as its central and walking or short distance to most of the interest place
Breakfast is ok. Location is good, walking distance to My Khe beach. The bed is comfortable and room space is big and clean. I will come back again.Hotel is near roadside and slightly noisy in the night. Overall still acceptable.

Average stay reflected with price
Room was big, street has lots of restaurants and cafes.Loud families next door who decided the corridor was also part of their room, some reception staff didn’t speak much English so struggled to answer our questions in terms of early check out/leaving bags/ATM for cash withdrawal. Breakfast was open at 6:30 but not all of the buffet was open meaning limited choice and by the time we’d finish there was more available of what we would’ve liked. Bathroom shower has a strange smell, gaps between tiles haven’t been grouted/water proofed.
