Everything else. Building is new, rooms clean, good breakfast and coffee. Great value for money. Just a short walk from beach.Staff was really helpful, always enquiring about our day, walking us out etc - personally I would prefer a bit more space. The swimming pool area has only 3 chairs, there was never a free one when we checked. Meanwhile the bar furniture is covered until 4pm taking up most of the terrace.

Good location, next to everything. More scooter rentals around so you don't have to use the hotel's; going rate around town is 100k for manual, 150k for 'luxury' automatics lol. Ordered room service and had the Aussie burger with fries. SURPRISE! It was pretty darn good, way above expectations and quite a big portion size. The fries were just ok, the ketchup was lacking but that doesn't detract from the burger. I think it was like 155k but the Burger Bros next block over is selling them for 110k, the latter having slightly larger patties. Had a back massage and everything seemed fine. Staff was great, not overbearing like I read in another review lol.Breakfast can have a little more variety, maybe more fruit. Otherwise it was quite tasty. I found something in the water dispenser at breakfast. Not sure what it was, looked like tea leaf detritus. Mistakes happen and I think it was a one-off. Place is pretty clean. They hold your passport unless you pay up front. I think we call that "ransom", right? Lol. I'm sure there's a reason, but I still don't like it.

Very competent, friendly and helpful staff; great location between some of the best My An restaurants/bars/cafes and the beach; nicely furnished and clean rooms.Little soundproofing: noisy neighbors in the room next door as well as footsteps from the floor above can be a bit loud at night
