Good location, unhelpful staff.
Free bicycles was great. Nice location close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Breakfast was good with lots of options.Lots of ants in our room. The bed had lots of stains on it. And the staff were not helpful at all. Any question we asked they looked at each other as no one wanted to deal with us then made it out to be such a struggle to help.

Oh dear, oh dear.
Only booked for one night.The hotel came up on the list of hotels with fitness facilities. There wasn't, nor could they find our reservation on arrival. After 30 minutes they got us a room. Went to a local gym the following morning and then came back for the hotel breakfast I'd paid for to find an empty room. A man offered us four slices of bread wrapped in cling film. The hotel offered 60000 vnd for the lack of breakfast which paid for half of mine. Not good. Not good at all
