Location is not bad if you are planning to go to the beach almost every day. It is a short 2-4 mins walk from the hotel and it has 2 convenient stores close by to buy water, snacks or personal cleaning supplies. Also, some restaurants around, though we didn’t try any of them.1. It claims to be a 4 star hotel when it is a 3 star hotel. The experience is honestly less than 3 star as I have stayed in other 3 star hotels in Vietnam, which allowed me to compare. 2. Towels were worn off and they didn’t know how to make a bed as the quilt was not put inside the cover, all sheets were folded in half. Main lights were weak, they should change the light bulbs. And the fridge barely cool down the drinks. 3. We had a bad experience with the shuttle driver to Ba Na Hill. We were late for pick up at the resort as the rain was heavy and we couldn’t control the cable cart speed to go back down even though we left an hour before pick up. It took us longer to go down, we told the driver of our delay but he didn’t care to contact us before deciding to leave us behind. We then took a taxi back and it got into a double accident. This was the major turn down of the stay as the other issues can be overlooked. But when complaining to the reception, they kept saying it was our fault. The driver waited 15 mins. However, we called him at 5:17pm, 2 mins after, he could have returned for us. I feel that if he contacted us, he could have waited 2 more minutes and we could have avoided getting into a double car accident. Although, car accidents can happen in any car at any time with any driver, I told the staff that if the driver waited 2 more minutes we could have return back safely as the the other 3 guests that went in the same car did. Our money from the shuttle was not returned, though they did offer to pay for my taxi to the airport on my check out day. However, the issue was not the money. Our holiday was already ruined. It disappointed us that the driver did not care for the safety and well-being of the hotel guests. It was even more disappointing when the hotel supported the driver without understanding that they were external conditions that we couldn’t control. It was a total neglect of our welfare.
