Very Poor

Good location for the beach.Not very clean and in need of refurbishment. Staff not very friendly. Breakfast no where near as good as other places in Vietnam. TV did not work and too safe did not work and although we contacted reception about it , nothing was ever done. Worst hotel we stayed in, in Vietnam.

Everyone I've met ; the owner, the reception staff, the restaurnt staff, the cleaning staff have all been so accommodating and kind and friendly.Nothing

Excellent, I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Danang.

Breakfast was great, we requested vegan food and they made sure to cook a vegan meal for breakfast every day, very friendly staff. Nice pool, very polite people and management. I am very surprised that it is only rated 3* star, for Viet Nam, this should be a 4* to 4.5* hotel.The price of the mini bar. Too dark in parking area when the door is closed. Sometimes forget to top up toilet paper (but still bring it when requested).

.WiFi don’t work well Don’t provide us Bath Robe slippers I have two room booking one room have this things but 1 pair
