Manage your expectation under Covid 19 situation.

The pool looks lovely even though it was too cold to swim.I had requested a non smoking room but the first offered a room stench of smoke and then moved to Room 205. The TV takes several minutes to work. In the evenings, rodents are found in corridors and pool garden areas. Pillows are not comfortable. Minimum staffing levels during the Covid 19 situation and property state are clearly reflected. Breakfast offering is sad to say the least. Booked a twin bedded room with 2 sets of room keys but was offered 1 cold breakfast (probably purchased outside - takeaway) and was not ask if we needed hot coffee or tea. The staff (Security guard) was really helpful and worked very hard. Reception was helpful however the hotel product was less than my basic expectation.

Charming spot but rooms for improvement

The building is well built and i love their interior design, stunning! Nice pool. Room cleaning service is great. Staff is helpful and friendly, especially the old uncle who checked us in on the first night and helped to move us to another room due to a noise issue. The location of this hotel is very convenient to get around the city center and restaurants, very close to the beach too. Breakfast was ok, not many selections but i like the quality over quantity strategy here.It is not quiet at all during my stay and we couldn't get any night of proper sleep. 1st night, due to a drunken group of guests from other rooms - which is out of the staff control and they did help by moving us to another room. However, the 2nd and last night we had to deal with constant noise from the street and this room is also right on top of the kitchen so they would wake us up from 5.30am when they start food prep for breakfast too :( Location is nice but it is also facing the street and can be noisy, so if you favor a good sleep during your stay it will not be a suitable option. There might be some more quiet rooms inside the hotel and perhaps the hotel should offer to consult the guests before room assignment so they can have the best sleep experience. The restaurant is a lovely cozy place but they don't offer lunch and dinner during our stay, which is a pity.

The room was good. The hotel is well decorated. Staffs are friendly.There is no soundproof quality in the hotel. Wall and doors are extremely thin. Hotel management is not great. Water shortage on one morning.

Lovely little hotel in great location

Beautiful pool and very comfortable beds!Breakfast could do with some more options.. an egg station would have been good!

Not serious Hotel

In general staff was nice and good value for price as everything is clean and very good.TAKE INTO ACCOUNT MORE SERIOUSLY FOOD ALLERGIES AND REQUESTS! I’ve made a request 1 week in advance to please kindly provide vegetal milk, regular cereals and fruits and we did NOT have any of this. The worst has been when the lady at the reception told us that they have joyed my request and that we will have almond milk the next day. When we arrived at breakfast the person in the restaurant said “oh sorry we don’t have this in Vietnam”! I mean how can you lie to tourists this way? We were forced to go outside and have breakfast somewhere else!! When we came back they sent us fruits and Oat milk to our room!! YOU SHOULD DO THIS BEFORE, NOT WHEN THE CLIENT IS ALREADY MAD DISAPPOINTED ESPECIALLY WHEN THE REQUEST WAS SENT 1 WEEK PRIOR. TAKE IT MORE SERIOUSLY!! Also do NOT ever take people passports saying “I’ll keep it until you pay!” Customers can pay but keeping passports is ILLEGAL!!
