I think most hotels have the shampoo bottle as plastic but you have that as grass or ceramic even though I notify you we have children. And you never warned about the bottle's danger. We made mistake but you have responsibility on that accident as well. She almost died and she was bleeding, we shocked. So when you cleaned up my room, you could see the bloody tissue in the trash. But your hotel never asked about 'is she ok?' and just asked me 200,000vnd. As you know, 200000vnd is not small in Vietnam. Usually each food is just around 40000~80000vnd. But you asked me 200,000vnd for the bottle. If my daughter was hurt more seriously, You have to make reparations for her instead of asking me 200,000vnd. I was so unhappy even the boss didn't show up there, he just talked to their staff on the phone. If you have children and consider of this hotel for your family, you should think over and over again about your children's safety .

Location is superb, close to the beach, 5 mins walk, The room is large enough for my children to play when we stay in the room at noon. The pool is cool, so attractive at night.Cleaning staff should be trained more hardly because when we check-in, we find a plastic bottle and a candy wrap under the bed. Very awful. Rate cleaness = 3/10.

I loved that the room opened out onto the pool! Beautiful and clean room with good basic facilities.The breakfast did not have many options and was not satisfactory. The music was extremely loud and not appropriate and calm for 8am. There was no toilet paper in any of the toilets outside of the room. A bath towel as well as a pool towel should have been provided.
