the staff are all approachable. I will definitely come back if there's a chance. Thank you it was indeed a lovely holiday.I just think the position of the tv in our room is not right.

Firstly, the room we stayed in was amazing. The view of the sea was stunning - and one of the nicest I've ever stayed in, it was quite breathtaking. The bathroom was huge and spacious with a good shower (and big bathtub). The hotel is in a great location - 2 minute walk to the beach (which is deserted in the daytime, and lovely to swim in), and close to everything else (short taxi to dragon bridge). The staff are so incredibly friendly and professional. Every single one greeted us with a smile and were so helpful - I am so impressed with the level of service!The sound insulation is not good. It's fine if the other guests are considerate, however a lot of Vietnamese people/familiies don't have the same views on noise disturbances as I do - so sadly on our last night there was a lot of children running up and down corridors, doorbells ringing constantly, loud music and shouting from the room next door - oh, and this started up again at 5am the next morning. It is not the hotel's fault, it's just something I've had to accept with Vietnamese culture - although I still get really annoyed by it! It's a real shame.

The price rate is the best when booked through booking.com (cheaper than book directly with the hotel). The hotel was nice and clean, the location was not ideal but you could walk to the beach easily (about 5-minute walk). The staffs were polite and helpful. The rooms were spacious and they provided you with all the necessities.The only downside was that the room floor was not properly cleaned. It felt sandy even after they cleaned my room.

The location was excellent for beautiful beach views, and only a short walk to the water. The room was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. The views from the room and from the rooftop pool and lounge area were fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made everything about our stay convenient. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a great selection (for vegetarians as well).The main thing I would have liked is a larger balcony. Although the views from the room balcony were beautiful, it would have been nice to have more outdoor space to sit. The actual space on the balcony is quite small.
