Charlie Chaplin spent his honeymoon at this hotel ... it is a hundred year plus hotel ... perfect location ... awesome stay ... had a great time One area of improvement would be the shower facility ... need a better electric pump.

Nice heritage building. Good location , nice view on riverside rooms.Not much , though ease up on the historical pictures and history. Happy hour drink rules.

There are many great things about this hotel - the rich history and beautiful storytelling in the halls, it’s central location, the courtyard breakfast, and more - but what really stood out were the caring and helpful staff. I was really sick during my stay, and they sent soup and rice and fruit to my room, and got the on-call doctor to come examine me then prescribed and dispense the antibiotics I needed. Everyone I talked to during my stay was really concerned about my wellbeing. I felt so comfortable there, which is saying a lot given how ill I was. It sucked to be sick on vacation, but if it has to happen, I’m glad I was at Saigon Morin Hotel. The staff was also really helpful with arranging tours, local recommendations, airport transfers etc. And there were many nice small touches - different floor mats in the elevator based on the time of day, bath salts, etc You won’t regret staying here!

breakfast is good, location is perfect.Need more outlet on the desk for phone and computer, I have to unplug TV and Light stand outlets using these outlets for my computer and phone

Beautiful historic building in the heart of Hue, excellent and friendly staff, the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, perfect place to start a tour to the tombs of the kings! Great value for money! Highly recommend!
