Spacious room, comfortable beds, good shower, very good breakfast (plenty options and yummy), location, helpful staff.That we stayed only 2 nights

We liked everything - rooms, service, friendly staff, location, restaurant recommendations. We’ve been in SE Asia for 2 months and this is the best breakfast we’ve had and they know how to brew coffee.NOTHING to dislike. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is a 3* property. I was really impressed by the level of service and professionalism of the staff. I travel a lot and have a background in hotel management. They are 5*+. Proactive, friendly with excellent English skills. I can also recommend their Aroma Restaurant, where I also experienced great service. They serve local and international cuisine. I tried a set menu of local specialities and it was very good.Nothing. Would go back any time.

Our room was clean and spacious and had a great view over the city. The pool is nice and great for a morning swim before heading out for the day. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful especially Nhi, Nga and Thuy on reception. They helped us in organising airport transfers and a private car to Hoi An. Hotel is good value for money. I also like that they don’t over charge you at the minibar, beer is almost the same price as it is at the local shop and the cocktails at the hotel bar are a fair price as well. :).Gym facilities would be nice.
