Staff very friendly. Great breakfast.

Staff are lovely, super helpful, great location, great price!All good just would have been good to know that you cannot drive down the road the hotel is on, we rented a bike from the hotel and nearly got ourselves in trouble!

The size of the room is big enough. Also, the staff in the hotel are very helpful and informative.Cleanliness should be improved.

This is the second time we stay in here. Frankly the staffs are nice, they helped us to book daily tour and very professional. The location are quite good, in walking street area with many restaurant.When check-in, no welcome drinking, no body take us to room. It’s rainny in these days and sometimes do not availble umbrella. The hair-dryer is problem, do not have towel and we need to request. The breakfast is so bad. They do not supply when dishes are empty, and they keep same name for different food. Chopstick, spoons, knife are wet and not clean, need asking some times just bring to. When asking for empty dishes, restaurant seems not to be willing to fulfill again, many dishes on this morning be like that. The sfaff in restaurant is not hard-working, many dished need cleaned but still stand in one place although having many guests inside. So disappointed for this time!
