Location quite close to the beach.Rude staff, I did not like breakfast

The only good thing was location and variety of breakfast, though its only till 9am.We are a family of 3 so I booked a Deluxe King room with a queen bed + single bed WITH WASHING MACHINE. The room they gave me when I arrived DIDN’T have a washing machine and they said they took the washing machines out so NO more washing machines in the room. They offered free laundry service instead but charged for drying the clothes by kilo????. I wanted to wash my clothes so asked for laundry service and they told me to wait ONE HOUR for their ppl to come pick up the clothes!! totally a waste of time!!! After complaining, they took me to 2 other rooms with washing machine (which supposedly they didnt have before) and asked if i wanted to change room. I ended up in a room with 3 single beds with a washing machine, which was NOT what i booked again. 3 single beds only ONE with a big pillow, so we had to ask for pillows. Toiletries were wrong as well.. they provided 2 shampoos instead of 1 shampoo & 1 shower gel, so had to ask for that too!!! Bed sheets and quilt were all dirty, we asked for housekeeping next day but they didn’t change the sheets not the quilt!! just made the bed, it was too obvious because they had the same stains!!! There’s a building in construction nearby so its very noisy during the day!! drilling and hammering sound everyday!!!

Good location. Accommodating and friendly staff. Good communication.False advertising. The description said they had a gym and a sauna, which is false. The pool is only open during the day and not deep enough to have a proper swim. The breakfast has limited options, Mainly Vietnamese food.
