Flexible room service, close to the beach.The road is under repair but it's not the hotel's fault

Nice location, good service, very nice room with reasonable price.

The location was excellent, close to the beach and near restaurants and mini marts. The hotel was very accommodating in terms of renting bikes and finding taxis for us. The rooms were clean and tidy with working air cons and AMAZING beds. The staff were very friendly and understanding.I didn't like that my reservation on the app was booked to specifically include a balcony and the room we got did not have a balcony. I also didn't like that some of the property pictures were taken from other hotels and used as their own.

It is only about 100m from the beach, and a short taxi from the riverside strip of restaurants & cool quarter. Our family 2 bedroom suite was spacious & comfy, but the Main Street below is very noisy late into the night.Not too inviting to walk into the lobby which smells of cigarette smoke. Guests smoke right outside the open doors. Luckily the room didn’t smell. The pool on the roof is tiny and in Dec was far too windy to be useful. The location right on the main drag was very noisy but earplugs really helped. The upkeep isn’t there: water damage in bathrooms, marks on the walls, cigarette burn in upholstery... compiled they feel like it’s shabby but for the price and the comfy beds, tonne of space I would say worth it for a family.
