Poor
breakfast was ok the cook was nice made what I requested.the bed was hard clean room bathroom small with nio shower screen so everything got wet .The staff could not speak a word of english so was very difficult . the room was supposed to be top class but wasnt what expected. would not stay again sorry

Great hotel and fantastic staff
Hard to fault it Excellent hotel at this price and fantastic staff They even gave me a letter of apology because of some rude noisy guests but this was not the hotels fault. Very welcoming reception staff.Very limited English apart from one lady This is common in Danang as it's not really touristic

The room was nice and clean with lots of natural light. My shower was cold when I arrived though - turned out our some switch was off which should have been on.Receptionist could speak little English and had me comunicate by using Google translate on her phone and was no help in introducing me to Danang or answering any questions. Location was on the wrong side of dragon bridge - too far from restaurants, bars and shopping.A local guide told me she would not eat in the area because it was dirty.
