They can not do enough for you! Thu Suong went to the market to buy bananas for me and she delivered my bag that the taxi left on the sidewalk right to my new hotel. Minh Hein was incredible and he actually went in a taxi with me to find an ATM and the Con market so I could buy a new suitcase. Always very helpful to me. Everyone was amazing and the staff is 5 star! Never had that kind of service anywhere else. The studio is very large and has a good fridge and cooking equipment. They have an elevator. Comfortable bed. Mini mart across the street.The bathroom is always flooding from the shower and the air conditioner leaking onto the floor. Because I have mobility problems it can be too slippery. Not the fault of the hotel but only about 3 restaurants within a couple of blocks. If you do not have a problem walking for 7 to 10 minutes there are several good ones south of the property.

Great value for money. The rooms are not fancy but they were not bad either. Clean room, clean bathroom. Great room for just $12.There was no shower enclosure in the bathroom.

The staff was excellent. Helped us with everything - from providing information, to managing housekeeping, helping with arranging food etc.The toiletries could be complimentary. The hotel cafe should have sandwiches or some bakery items in menu to help guests

The staff were so friendly and accomodating. Location is so perfect . Everything is perfect with the price that you’re paying. A highly recommended one. 👍🏻.

Staff is good customer service they very friendly & helpful, they are recommend nice local food to us & suggestion us go visit famous market (we like Vietnam food & shopping). Hotel also provide rental motorbikes service & free mask to us! Room is big, value price & fully facilities. We will stay next time when come Da Nang again!
