Fantastic breakfast, excellent location, private beach at the back of the hotel was picture perfect and perfect to swim in (very clean, safe and well attended to). Staff at the hotel were consistently excellent - from the reception desk, housekeeping, restaurant to the bar.Our flight arrived early in the morning but the standard check in time is 3pm. We were aware of this and expected we'd have to wait a few hours. However, given this was a 4* hotel, we didn't expect the lobby to have no air-conditioning or fan. It did make it a little uncomfortable given it was 37 degrees on the day we arrived (and for the 4 days we stayed). However it is understandable and typical of most places in Danang (gotten to used to excessive AC in HK i guess).

We booked the cottage room and it was perfect for us as a family. Spacious and easily accessible to the swimming pool and beach. The staff are really professional and helpful.Nothing

The hotel was beautiful and the beach was fantastic. We visited in low season, so the hotel was not crowded and we never had to fight for loungers or space. The room was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We made use of the spa which was very relaxing, and used the gym which was adequate. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.Very small downside was that we did not think the food was amazing, however with so much delicious food on pretty much every corner in Vietnam, this was not a big deal for us.

Parents room AC was kind of weak, need better power as it was larger room.
