The Resort was excellent. The staff could not have been more helpful and eager to assist with any queries. Whoever you met on the premises greeted you with a cheery 'hello', and they seemed to remember you even though we were only there for a few days. Another place to put on the 'visit again list'. We booked for the Xmas Day Brunch. There was a great selection on offer, catering for all tastes, Asian, European etc with the 'free flow' wine option. Food was good, plenty of it too. We went up to SunWorld in the Ba Na Hills, particularly to see the Golden Bridge. Well worth it albeit a tad crowded being over the Xmas holiday. Our tour guide (Dung) organised by the hotel, was first rate.Our stay was too short!! Cannot think of anything we would have changed or had cause to complain about while we were there.

Excellent presentation with large, spacious and clean rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Happy hour was amazing with some of the best cocktails we've had! Buffet breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of foods to meet everyone's needs including a DIY bloody mary making station. Would highly recommend staying here!Our short stay.

Kind of old style but is’s classic and clean. Very cozy and relaxing mood. Every staff’s so kind. Especially wifi is available at the beachfront. That’s awesome to access to the internet on the sun-bed. Someone who wants to be relaxed and take a rest should choose this resort.Promotions like happy hour at the bar, 25% discount hour at the the spa should be informed at the reception.

We loved this place; amazing location, fantastic accommodation and facilities suitable for couples but also families with children. Staff is very welcoming and polite. Definitely a location we will return to.

Location is close to the airport and right on the beach. It's near numerous restaurants and on the main road, making it convenient to travel to various places. Staff are mostly friendly and gracious. Room was clean.Water pressure was the only major problem. Shower was very weak. Amenities were decent, although not overwhelming for a 5 star establishment. Restaurants were pricey and nothing to shout about. Probably better to just eat at the various restaurants outside.
