Staff are amazing. Incredibly helpful and professional. They organised cars and trips for us, but also leant us a phone adapter, umbrellas and gave us recommendations throughout our stay. On our last day before checkout, we were late for breakfast, but the lady on reception went to the kitchen and arranged a big plate for us. Also the beds are massive and very comfortable and breakfast is tasty and both local and continental food.Didn't affect our overall impression, which was great, but the door to the rooms have a perspex centre with wooden slats. This means the light from the hallway comes through the door at night.

An eco friendly hotel very nice design. My room was upgraded to superior room! So thankful. I love the room so much welled design in every details and superduper clean. The bathroom is very nice, like you were in spa room, I wish I had more nights stay at this hotel. The bed and pillows are very nice and comfy. The staffs are super nice, you can feel their warm welcome when you step in the hotel. Breakfast is delicious!

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful with all the problems we had encountered. They are very considerate and even gave us the advice on the next place we are going to visit. When we have arrived the next city, we received the greetings from them.One small thing which is the floor of the room is not so clean. We found sand in the room and our feet got dirty. After all, we found the hotel is really great! We will recommend it to all my friends for sure.
