Exceptional staff who went above and beyond. Great location. Nice Pool.It didn't affect me because I went out to eat, but there was a kitchen in the room with a hotplate, fridge etc. They also had 2 or 3 cooking pans, however, they had no plates, chopsticks, cutlery or cooking utensils which kind of left the whole thing useless and impossible to cook.

The property is very clean and spacious, nicely decorated and nice pool. Our room was excellent, nothing to complain about that. They organized for us a transfer to Ba Na Hills and the driver in this opportunity was very punctual and professional, five stars.We booked a private transfer from the airport to avoid the hassle to spend time looking for a taxi when arriving. When we arrived (punctually by the way) there was no one waiting for us. We contacted the hotel immediately but it took about 20 min before the driver found us. Then he left us under the rain alone until he brought the car. When we arrived to the hotel, we were asked if we wanted to pay immediately or during check out. Since they offer the option, we thought at the end would be better. Then they said they would keep our passports if we wanted to pay at the end!!! We stayed at other hotels in Vietnam and we were never asked to leave our passports behind during our stay. They made us feel like criminals! This practice should be declared illegal, so beware. On the other hand, breakfast was OK, but not as delicious as mentioned by other fellow travelers. We had higher expectations.

The manager and staffs were so nice . The room was so clean and swimming pool too.
