We had booked into an Airbnb and was only staying at Ponte originally until Airbnb was ready, we stayed 2 night, checked out and went to Airbnb and hated it and went back to Ponte for another few nights. Loved it that much! Staff were so incredibly accommodating and friendly. Booked my ticket to ba nah hills so I didn’t need to wait in the queue when there, even gave us a print out of things to do when we left to go to Hoi An. They were just fab!

staff friendly and helpful ..the rooms have those little extra touches which make all the difference feom bathrobes to a speedy and careful laundry service to a little bag with a list of directions ro useful places etc.if i were picky i would reccomended a more western style breakfast as everything else is geared towards discerning western style clientwle5

The design and architecture of the hotel is amazing. Hotel staffs were very helpful and welcoming. (Katie especially) Recommended places to go to explore and eat. We had a good experience there.The city view rooms were a little too noisy, the music was playing until 12in the morning. The AC wasn't working. No mirror inside the room (only in bathroom)

Rooms were super clean and new, staff were very attentive/responsive and breakfast was tasty.Streets can be a little noisy.

Great hospitality by hotel staffs! They even provide free Ao Dai that u can take pictures in and even went out with them. It’s very close to the beach. U might just get a bike from the reception if u’re lazy to walk haha. Location wise is superb for beach lover.Just that’s it’s slightly far from Danang city. But again grab is pretty convenient
