Both my self and my partner really felt like all of staff went above and beyond to make our stay easy, comfortable and enjoyable.Our stay was so great, there was honestly nothing we didn't like

The Hotel is so beautiful!! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was sparkly clean. You can do yoga or tai chi classes in the morning. And the Spa facilities are just fantastic! The location is little far from the town but the hotel offers free shuttle buses. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!Nothing :)

The hotel is hidden away and as soon as you arrived you are welcomed! And walk through to a beautiful garden/ jungley luxury hotel. Every single member of staff are so friendly and helpful! We stayed in a bungalow, spacious, excellent shower and quiet. The only criticism I have is the large double bed was two separate mattresses pushed together, which separated during the night. Which was really annoying. Food wise, dinner and breakfast was good! And one evening they had a pianist! Before we arrived, the hotel helpfully arrange a private transfer to the resort. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours, but they were aware of it and were happy to accommodate us. Once arriving, we were greeted in a beautiful reception area and then told that we were upgraded to the HONEYMOON VILLA. The room was absolutely unreal. Bigger than most flats I've been to in London. An outdoor shower, sunken bathtub, silk robes, a huge bed. Incredible. The food was great, in the mornings, around the pool and at dinner. Dinner was especially nice. The pool is big and relaxing. The pool bar staff are attentive and make great drinks. We had a number of treatments at the spa, and I would highly recommend this. It's such a great experience, from sipping the tea before, to choosing your oil etc. All round the best place we stayed in Vietnam.The breakfast could have had some more hot food options that were vegetarian, but that's the only tiny issue I can think of.
