Average hotel with helpful staff
Helpful staff and a convenient location. Staff helped with early check in and helped rent a bike. Also booked an airport taxi for a good price.No coffee or tea sachets in the room and no water heater/water bottles, washrooms and rooms weren’t very clean, hotel staff do not speak English and I had to use an online translator to translate my requests. Ac remote wasn’t working.

Overall, its a good experience.
The staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered dinner from outside without utensils. I asked the guy at the reception and he let us borrow some from their restaurant in the basement.The location of the hotel is a little difficult for taxi drivers to find on google maps. Our room didnt have any window.
