We booked at Orchid hotel for two nights and we could not fault them. I had contacted Orchid hotel letting them know we would be arriving early morning by sleeper train and they said they would let us check in early if our room was ready. When we arrived our room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the family room. Having had no sleep on the train,this was amazing and we couldn’t believe how accommodating they were. The staff throughout our stay remembered and addressed us directly by our names. They organised a tour for us and then asked our feedback when we returned back to the hotel. They organised to have our laundry cleaned within the day, a service which would normally take two days. The location was ideal for bars and restaurants and the breakfast was delicious. Seriously we can’t fault them. You should book here!

Location was good, lots of shops and restaurants in the area, walked to the Imperial Palace over bridge nearby. Streets in the area are blocked off on the weekend, lots of musicians performing. Staff were helpful in arranging tours, transportation.Nothing.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The whole hotel was managed very professionally . The place was very clean and bright. The decor was tasteful. The room and bathroom were spacious, airy and bright. Plus the location was central and an easy walk to the Imperial City. I wished I had stayed there for more days.There was nothing I could fault.

A perfect stay! All the personnel is really kind! The best stay we’ve had so far in Vietnam.All was great.
