Welcoming staff, really excellent service. We loved our room!

First we received the most warm as well as professional intake we ever had. Very clear, informative, engaging. It was the beginning of a carefree stay where everything went very smoothly.nothing I can think of

The staff was great! I didn't feel any difficulties to ask and receive information and services.

Modest yet had all I needed and even offered to cook us eggs as we require. The location is right in the centre of everything. It was very quiet during daytime and during the weekend the area becomes no traffic yet the music will become quite lively and so did the area with Vietnamese and foreigners. Surprisingly, it goes all quiet again by 11pm. The staff were especially very helpful.Prices generally were above what I expected for restaurants and massages around. They were a bit more expensive than in Saigon. Also, since the airport is a distance away from the centre of Hue, the cost was 250,000 dongs when in Saigon if you know where to go will cost around 100,000 to 120,000 dongs.
