Very nice hotel. Reception were always extremely helpful and full of information about the city. They even booked us on to a day tour which was brilliant.We would have preferred to be closer to walking street as this is the main area to be. It was about a 15 min walk through some poorly lit areas. We also got harassed every time we left the hotel by guys coming up to us offering weed. It was relentless every time. Unfortunately not enough to put us off this wonderful city with amazing history.

The staff are the most amazing part. Han, from reception was professional and a true gentleman. Very knowledgeable, perfect spoken English and so helpful. Booked me trips, transfers and even called the airline and different people when i had issues. He was brilliant. Along with the rest of the team and the cleaning service, always super punctual and professional.Nothing to do with the hotel, but Karaoke takes place across the street each night for a few hours, stop at 9pm. It's very loud. Not too much bother but take note.

Overall everything is fine. Helpful staff, pretty fine location. Good quality of rental motorbikes. Room is spacious and pretty comfortable.The room is near the main street so sometimes too noisy. There should be more tables or space (not the floor) in the room. Restaurants near the hotels is not so good.
