All members of the staff are friendly and supportive and it is almost a feeling of being in a house of friends. They even helped me to cook a special tea. I just love this hotel.

Room normal, not enough facilities basic.So so

Our breakfast came out quickly and was fresh. The lady serving it was lovely and all other staff were polite too. The balcony was a nice touch.This place is nowhere clean enough. Our bedsheets were filthy (see pictures) and there was thick dust over the whole bathroom. We asked for clean sheets twice and both times they came back covered in stains and rips. I would suggest staying elsewhere because for the same or similar pricing there was much nicer places

Low price, free breakfast, central location, airport shuttle, and a variety of tour make this place a worthy stay.The door to our room was a bit tricky.

Clean, well maintained, friendly staff. The desk clerk might even greet you with a song. We stayed 5 nights and had a great time. Close to attractions, the desk can help arrange tours.No complaints.
