Beautiful grounds and beachfront, romantic.

Just excellent! Quite, natural and beautiful.

The quiet breakfast (but you pay extra for this - around $12pp), the sea and beach, the main pool. The plunge pool with the room, if you book one of these - we upgraded to have one, the hotel does a good upsell on these oif they have them available. Yoga, Pool Yoga and "Ba" was really nice and chatty by the pool. We love Hoi An and its about 15 mins in a taxi 250,000 dong one way - the hotel bus runs infrequently too.Spa was a little hit and miss - no questionnaire on first use to see if you have any issues which we thought was a little poor. Some of the staff are not as friendly as in other resorts, no natural "good mornings" on offer. Maintenance is letting the place down somewhat - examples would be one of two lights not working in pool, water escapes out of bath all over the floor, bedroom door needed a good paint inside and out. Rooms are starting to look a little tired. A few too many really small children and babies.

I like how the staff solving problem when they forgot to pick us up at the airport. At first, it was quite frustrated for the long wait. However, in the end, the staff were all friendly and apologized for the incident.Probably the miscommunication between the reservation department and the receptionists.

I booked a 2 rooms villa with private pool for 4 nights. The rooms are big, comfortable bed and i like the pillows so much. I wonder where did they buy that pillows so i could buy some. Breakfast is variety. I prefer a la cart menu since they cooked very well. The beach is fine, since it was too hot and sunny so i had to wait until 4pm to swim. In the morning, if you wake up early at 5h30 you may meat a buffalo working on the beach, he clean the sand and he is friendly. I like the massage there, my family went massage everyday. The service was included in my booking but i pay add on the use hot stone massage, it was totally relaxing. The kid also have many activities for fun. I had a wonderful holidays.Nothing. The location is a little bit far from Da Nang center if you would like to visit the city.
