Spacious shower and very comfortable bed and pillows. One of the female staff was very helpful, and nice to us. The location was right in between the city and the beach, which is fine for us.First bad sign, we got our room late without a warning from the hotel beforehand, we got there after 14.30 but was asked to wait until 15 to get our room. Reason was not enough staffs cleaning while too many checking out. The sound proofing is really bad, you can here everything from your "neighbors". I could here a full on conversation from the room next to me. There is a construction next to the building so the drilling starts very early. I asked for a quiet room and even offered to pay extra to upgrade, although the hotel did not help with this. Instead I got a room in a corner with 2 families with small kids. So noises from the construction and the families with little sleep in between. No staffs helped with our luggage although it was classified as 4 stars. Also, there is not really a gym, it is just a bike, and a cross trainer. During the day, the guard was constantly not around or was asleep so we have to almost all the time went up to the reception just to help with opening the garage door (we rented a motorbike). One time he saw us but didn't even open the door for us either way. I got a good deal thanks to booking so it wasn't much, however, I would not recommend coming here if you want a truly relaxing vacation.

Good breakfast, nice view from the top, decent sized and comfy rooms. Staff were nice and helpful.We spilled tea on the bedsheets and asked for a replacement sheet & duvet, but they gave us the wrong size and didn't change it even though we asked them to. There was also no room service.

This is a new hotel near My Khe beach, it's nice located. Beautiful room, comfortable bed and facilities are clean. The pool was nice too, I love relaxing time at the pool & enjoyed cocktail. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the entire hotel, they are always smile with guests. I love that. I will stay here again and highly recommend!

Very nice hotel with resonable rate. I love location of Nagila Boutique Hotel, near My Khe beach. Staff are so helpful & friendly. I'm enjoyed drink at cute pool. Highly recommend this hotel!
