- If cancellation\/amendment is made within 72 hours, including reservations made within 72 hours of your arrival, 1st night\u2019s room rate and tax will be charged
- In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.
- Early Bird\/Long Stay\/Last Min\/Package Rates are Non - changeable & Non - refundable
Late check-out policy
- Late check-out is subject to room availability
- 12:00 to 17:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge
- After 17:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge

Is a pleasure stay
The room was fully furnished such as washing machine, cooking facilities and basically you would stay inside the room for a day. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and the grocery shop to buy something for cooking purposes.Difficult to find and hidden at the alley.

Excellent
Very clean with a washer and dryer. The apartment had nice amenities and we felt very comfortable once we were in the unit. It was a little walk to get in town; but, plenty of convenience stores and restaurants once we were in town. It was about a three block walk to the beach.You have to walk down a long alley to get to the property. My taxi would not go down the alley as it can be muddy if it rains. When we did leave the hotel front desk did manage to have a taxi pick us up at the door of the hotel.
