I appreciated the courtesy, warmth and efficiency of the staff. It felt like home!! The ambience from entry gave the impression that attention was given to detail My son and his family lived in the penthouse near the pool on the roof. It was good to overlook the surroundings of the city from the public pool.We were happy with everything except their attempt at making pouched eggs! Not quite there Chef!!

I like all of the staff, check in was very smooth thank you to JULIE for your great services. She booked for me spa and she explained very well about interesting places around the hotel. The penthouse room is so beautiful! I love kitchen and i love the open toilet. The interior is so nice! Thank you for your great room & very good services! I give you 100 star!I hope you provide a plate to eat. Beacause the penthouse have a kitchen but no plate. Luckily we bring our own plastic plate

The hotel is very new and tastefully designed. I really liked the modern aesthetic of the lobby and the room. It's also very conveniently located near the beach and good restaurants. The staff were the best part of our stay though. They were so welcoming, kind and nothing was too much trouble. We had an awesome stay and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else if we went back to Da Nang.Nothing.
