Good location with clean and comfortable room. Good value for money. Breakfast was quite good although very busy at times.There is a fantastic bar on the roof but the first night we went they didn't have any pineapple - not rectified by the next night either. So we had 1 gin and tonic each (2 of us) and then they ran out! Service here was also very slow (but the staff were very pleasant!).

We liked the services and breakfast. Our room was clean, spacious and it had a great view. Good value for money!At first, the staff at the reception tried to use a high rate when paying in US dollars but after us mentioning that, they changed it back to the normal rate. Also, the towels in our bathroom were dirty.

Central location. A/C in lobby. Good little gym. Top floor bar is nice.The hotel is somehow worn out. A/C insufficiently efficient when hot outside (July), and hotel knows as they bring a fan and a second key to improve the temperature cooling upon request. Restaurant tables are not clean. The bus to Phong Nha organised by the hotel and leaving at 2pm is a minibus for local service, ie very noisy and no space at all for knees. Not suitable for a 4 hr plus trip. Price was not cheap either at 200k vnd one way. Noise from nearby bars is important even at high floor

Location was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful.Property was outdated and needs a refresh throughout. Bar had very limited stock (almost nothing on the drink list was available).

Location was great, close to good restaurants and bars. Short hot walk to local market and not far from the citadel. The place is quite old but ok for a short stay. Breakfast was average.-
