Pleasant
Their swimming pools very very clean . Yet to see a better pool then theirs.We were given room overlooking a big construction site which had completely blocked the view from our room. Although they made it up by offering us a room in another location which helped . The breakfast was very average they can definitely do better by adding a few more things in their breakfast.

A peaceful and relaxing stay
The resort is beautiful and is well maintained. Staff speak good English and no problem in communication. Really love the infinity pool and the beach so much. The beach is clean and silky sand. The overall experience is excellent and we will pick this hotel in next visit to Danang.1. A big improvement is suggested on breakfast. Pastries, fried rice are tasty but other food such as fried eggs (overcooked) , scrambled eggs, tempura, sushi, etc. tasted poor. 2. No clothes hanger in the room nor towel hooks, therefore no suitable place to dry the swimming suits and used towels. This is the most inconvenient thing during our stay.

The level benefits, breakfast, the room and the pools were all fantastic.The level benefits are great but should start later in day as 3.30pm is too early if you are out for the day. Would suggest changing to 30 minutes to an hour later. Check out should be later as check-in is at 3pm

The facilities were great, very clean and the staff were friendly. The gym was amazing, out of the 4 places we stayed this was the only place that had sanitizer wipes for the gym equipment, I was impressed I didn't have to use my own!Don't have a bad thing to say about our stay

Friendly staffs and good services. We could swim in both wide open beach or beautiful swimming pools. The breakfast was not too excellent but good enough to enjoy with a sea view.Maybe the resort should have an instruction sign in the lobby of the main building to show the way to the private check-in counter for 'the level'.
