I really enjoyed my stay here; my room was spacious and comfortable and excellent value for money. The family were really lovely and very helpful with any questions. During the few days I stayed I had my laundry done which was turned around really quickly and was a good price. I also booked a city tour through reception which was a great price and a great day out - definitely recommended. If I find myself in Hue again, I'd definitely stay here.
Sweet and caring family running this homestay. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Situated in a small fishing village, right by the beach and with lots of murals and art installations. Great for an off the beaten track getaway or stopover between Hoi An and Quy Nhon.
The room with 6 beds, where I lived alone, was clean, bright and with a beautiful view from the window. On the balcony there is a beautiful garden and a view of the city. The motorbike I rented from the owners was amazing.Well, a very small shower room. I would like to see basic personal hygiene items there. The Central location has its pros and cons, everyone chooses for themselves. Just keep in mind that on weekends, the main street is blocked for transport, and you can take a motorbike home with the engine turned off. Music from the streets in your Windows will be heard until 10 PM maximum.
The value for money is great! The room is very comfortable and clean, and there are different options for breakfast (always with fruit and good Vietnamese coffee). The family is very friendly. The Hostel is well located (in the walking street of Hue), there are different restaurants nearby and it’s a walking distance from the Imperial Citadel. The Big C isn’t far and you can rent a motorbike or bicycle on the Hostel. I highly recommend you to stay in Maily on your visit to Hue city.
