Each morning we were greeted with the fresh atmosphere in my room.

Room is comfortable and fitted with modern facilities. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

- Very clean - actually quiet / not too loud - the receptionists were very friendly, able to speak English and helpful if I had any questions. - Nice swimming pool on rooftop with a beautiful view over the city (especially at night) AND : There was never anyone else (the other hotel guests probably went to the beach) I could always occupy the pool for myself. - Great location: By feet, a few minutes to the beach, lots of eateries and several supermarkets nearby. Eating outside or buy snacks and drinks spontaneously was no deal at all!. The city centre and the bridges were quickly and easily reached via GRAB. - Excellent Service: whenever I returned in the evening, my room was beautiful and clean again - big thumbs up! The receptionists gave me advices on how to reach my destination.and compared different options and prices with me - excellent price-value: I spent less than 40 Euros for 2 nights at this beautiful hotel This lovely, but modern looking hotel and its employees really care about their guests and put lots of effort to provide the best experience one can have for little money. I will definitely visit Da Nang again, such nice city for every kind of person. And when I do, I will definitely book at Kiwi again.There was one morning where I left at around 4.30 am and returned at 6.30.am (wanted to catch the sunrise) and the reception wasn't available (sleeping, I guess). At this time frame, no one was there to help me if I had any issues. But this is an edge case and wasn't that bad for me.

The staff was amazingly kind and helpful - The bathroom and room space were impeccably clean - The bed was very comfortable - The air conditioning was strong and the room stayed cold even when we had left for hours with the A/C off - Close to My Khe beach and An Thuong (the more "western" area of Da Nang) - a nice swimming pool on the 12th floor (plus point) - view of many skyscrapers and partial view of the ocean -.
